Materials for laser cutting thin aluminium sheet metal parts can be aluminum 3003, aluminum 5052, aluminum 6061. If You need bending parts like the parts in picture, aluminum 6061 is not available because aluminum 6061 is hard. If bending, it will tear off and crack.
The surface can be anodized to silver color, black color. If other colors, there is a MOQ.
The thin aluminum laser cutting sheet metal parts in picture was made for an Australia customer. After laser cutting, there is a bending process. We have 2 sets 3 meters long bending machine, which can connect to bend 6 meters long parts.
