This aluminum parts metal case electronic enclosure box is made by ADC12. We invested a cast mould for the body, which will save cost with less waste materials. After aluminum cast, we fabricated it by cnc machining to make the ensure the sizes and make the surface smooth. The surface are powder coated with 2 colors to make it beautiful. The customer's logo was printed in 2 colors by silk screen in the miidle of the aluminum parts metal case electronic enclosure box.
All socket head screws are made by stainless steel 304.
Under the aluminum box cover, there is rubber seal for waterproof, including the small part in the middle. You can see this from the below pictures.
