The picture shown is a small ip65 electrical control panel box customized by our company for a Chinese trading company. The custom ip65 electrical control panel box is made of Q235 material, which is processed by laser cutting, bending and welding. The surface is powder coated with gray RAL7035.
The custom ip65 electrical control panel box is equipped with one lock and a key. The key and the lock are made of zinc-iron alloy, and the surface treatment is chrome-plated, which can effectively prevent rust. Waterproof rubber is installed at the lower end of the lock.
Two cable locks are mounted on the bottom of the custom ip65 electrical control panel box to lock the cable and effectively increase the degree of protection of the metal box.
The custom ip65 electrical control panel box also uses a zinc alloy hinge.
The whole body of the custom ip65 electrical control panel box adopts a waterproof groove design.
In order to improve the degree of protection, we did not use the existing sealing strip to fix, but used a professional one-piece foaming technology, so that the strip has no joints and breaks. There is a grounding wire connection between the door and the box to increase the safety of electricity.
The custom electrical control panel box has passed the IP65 test, and in theory it can reach IP66, but due to customer needs, we only conduct IP65 testing, please see the certificate below.
