2. Whether there is wear and looseness of the fixture positioning pins and bolts
• Function: to ensure the stability in the clamped state.
• Description of good condition: 1. The number of positioning pins is correct, and there is no obvious wear trace on the contact surface with the punching parts; 2. The ring nut and gasket are intact, and the positioning pins are not loose.
3. Whether the chuck profile and nylon block profile are worn or debris on the surface
• Function: Control the position of solder joints.
• Description of good condition: The position of the solder joint is within the required range.
4. Whether the fixing nut of the clamp gasket is loose and whether the gasket is intact
• Function: means of quality optimization and control during product production.
• Description of good condition: 1. Hexagon socket screws are not loose; 2. There is no gap between the gaskets, no missing.
5. Whether the tooling fixture is clean and whether the welding slag and spatter are removed
• Function: to ensure the surface of the fixture is clean and the surface quality of the parts.
• Description of good condition: 1. The contact area between the clamping assembly, the positioning assembly and the parts is smooth; 2. There is no spatter residue on the clamp.
6. Whether the emergency stop button is intact and whether the two-handed button is intact
• Function: the grip control button controls the movement of the gripping assembly
• Description of the good state: 1. Press the red button (emergency stop button), the clamp is cut off, the clamp cylinder arm can be opened manually, the button is not reset; 2. Press the black button (two-hand button) with both hands, the clamp can work normally , The fixture completes the entire set of design actions.
7. Whether the gas signal equipment is intact and whether the signal gas circuit is leaking
• Function: to ensure the normal transmission of fixture signals.
• Description of good condition: 1. After pressing the two-handed button, the fixture can work normally; 2. There is no obvious air leakage sound on site.
8. Is the triple piece intact and the pressure value within the specified range?
• Function: the control of the input gas state of the fixture.
• Description of good condition: The pressure gauge can work normally, and there is no air leakage on site.
